The orthopedic surgery treats every patient of the compulsory health insurance without additional payments and private patients as ambulant patients at the current legal conditions. When a surgery becomes necessary we will discuss with you whether the surgery can be carried out in the outpatient department. The complete reimbursement of costs will then be regulated by your health insurance.

The medical services rendered by the ARTICO Sports Clinic are incurred by the private health insurances according to the individual services contract concluded with the insured person. Integrated provision contracts, for example with the BKK or the IKK,  also enable a provision of legally insured persons in the ARTICO Sports Clinic.

Health insurances which have not concluded a provision contract with the ARTICO Sports Clinic so far are not obliged to incur the costs. In this case, you will receive an invoice as a private patient. If you have a complementary insurance and/or you are voluntarily insured you should clarify in advance with the private complementary insurance and/or the legal health insurance whether they incur part of the costs. There are a lot of individual insurance variants. Please ask our competent employees who will be glad to advise you in this regard.
